The breakfast was good, and buses are easy to catch from this location. The rooms were adequate, but the bathroom, especially the shower space, felt much too small. The windows don't open, which meant poor air circulation. They required 50% payment in advance by bank transfer, and I ended up paying a ridiculous amount in extra bank fees. I don't understand why card payment wasn't an option. For the same price, I think you can find better places closer to the tourist sights. People say southern Italy has ruder people, but my experience in Rome was worse than in Naples and Amalfi.

I'd booked through Booking two months before my trip, and everything seemed fine until the hotel cancelled my reservation for no reason. The booking clearly said the hotel would handle the payment, and they had my credit card from the start, with payment due when I arrived. Please think twice about staying here. I hate it when people are disrespectful and can't control their anger when something goes wrong. I'm sure you can find somewhere better.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and it's well placed for both the bus stop and metro station. Anna was a big help.

I booked a deluxe triple room, then called the owner to ask why he wanted to put me in a room with one large bed. He cursed at me. That was completely unprofessional. Shame on you, whoever you are!
