The room was lovely, modern and stylish, and the staff were okay. We only stayed one night in this hotel, which is on the ground floor of an apartment building. The neighborhood was fine, but honestly the self-serve breakfast wasn't worth the price. The air conditioning was the main hassle: it got extremely cold, and the remote was difficult to use.

There was no cleaning service during our four-day stay, and the soundproofing was so poor that we could hear everything from the other guest rooms. We were also required to pay in cash, which was very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

During our four nights there, nobody seemed to be at reception, and the room wasn't cleaned. The hotel was very dirty, and there was no hot water. We were told it would be fixed, but nobody came. Breakfast was included in the price, yet we felt cheated. A disaster of a hotel. Don't go there.

We booked the room with the jacuzzi, and it's beautiful. I think a clear photo of it should be posted, since there aren't any that show it properly. The room was very nice and clean, the owner was kind, and everything went well during our one-night stay. Breakfast could be better, but I'd absolutely recommend the property.
