Navona Rooms

The rooms were spotless, modern, and had everything we needed, and the staff were great. Breakfast had a good continental selection, though it would be better if it started before 8am. The location is amazing, and this was a perfect guest house for a Rome trip. Highly recommend.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and breakfast was simple but very nice, just right to start the day. This small boutique hotel has only six rooms and is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Everything felt organized down to the smallest detail. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with a fridge, complimentary drinks, a kettle, crackers, and spread. It’s close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

We had three rooms for our group of seven. They were clean and comfortable, although the beds felt a little hard and the pillows too high. Still, after long days exploring Rome, we all slept well. The location is superb, and we loved being so central. On our final morning, checkout was at 11 and our taxi was booked for 11:30. We asked if we could leave our suitcases until then. They suggested putting all the bags in one room while we vacated the other two, which seemed fair. But after we moved everything and returned those keys, they told us we had to leave all the rooms at 11, with no extra time. If they’d said that at the start, we could have kept all three rooms until 11. We ended up carrying our luggage downstairs and waiting half an hour for the cab. They apologized but offered no concession. It felt like, “We’re very sorry, but go now!” That left a bad taste for 20-30 minutes, and they weren’t very flexible. There’s no lift, or at least no usable one, and the rooms are on the first floor. You might get help with your bags, but keep that in mind. Breakfast was fine, though space was limited. On the last day, some of my family had to leave so the rest could sit.

Navona rooms was exactly what we wanted from a central B&B in Rome: clean and close to everything. The rooms are a little small, but that wasn’t our priority. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the woman who assisted at breakfast, originally from Tunisia, was especially nice. We enjoyed breakfast too and would recommend the place anytime.
