We were very happy with the accommodation. The staff were pleasant and helpful, asking each day if we wanted fresh towels or needed anything else. The location was perfect: Termini, where we caught the airport train, was five minutes away, and the metro and bus station were under five minutes from the apartment. Lots of the places we wanted to see were also an easy walk. I honestly recommend it.

We stayed with our two children and found the rooms and beds comfortable. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and self check-in was very convenient. Excellent place and location. 🙂

Once we figured out the knack, opening the key lock was easy. But it took us a good hour of fiddling, since pulling the lock slightly loose instead of pushing straight toward it and then moving left was what worked. We phoned both numbers, and were told it just worked. A small note with clearer instructions would help. Apart from that, we had a great stay!

The room was really dirty, though I didn’t complain because I’m not that kind of person. But bedbugs are more than a cleaning issue, staying there is unsafe and unhealthy. My husband got terrible bites all over his body, and the owner tried to say we brought the bugs. We’d stayed at another hotel before this one and had no problems there, though unfortunately we couldn’t book it for all the days. Be careful and avoid this hotel, it has bedbugs!
