NH Collection Roma Centro

The location made it so easy to explore the city, and breakfast had an excellent range of options. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay, better than I’d expected, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. I hope to come back!

Our group of 80 had a great experience at NH Roma Centro. The meeting areas were well organized and worked perfectly for us, and the food throughout the event was very good. The staff were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The location also made exploring the city easy. I’d recommend it for business events as well as stays in Rome.

The pasta carbonara tasted very good, but the portion was just a few bites. At 17 Euro, plus the surcharges, that was a huge disappointment. In 35 years of traveling around the world, I’ve never seen portions that small. You’d still be hungry. Update: To my surprise, the manager spoke with me in the morning and apologized for my dissatisfaction. He said he’d look into it and offered a discount, assuring me that customer satisfaction matters to them. That response was great customer service, so I’ve changed my rating. Thanks for caring.

We were lucky to stay in the Suite Duplex on the top two floors. It was spacious and luxurious, with a private staircase leading to a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and beautiful views. We absolutely loved it. The breakfast selection was excellent too, and the central location meant we could walk to major landmarks without taking taxis. The area felt quiet and safe, with good shopping and restaurants nearby. Our experience began earlier in the year, when an emergency forced us to cancel our March booking the night before we were due to travel. The hotel kindly let us rebook for new dates from late December into January without a fee, which set a welcoming tone. From arrival onward, service was consistently excellent. Staff were polite, attentive, and caring every day. Elena deserves special recognition: she noticed the details, surprised us, helped with daily itinerary ideas, and made sure everything went smoothly. By the end, she felt like part of the family while remaining professional and warm. My sincere thanks to Mr Michele, the manager, for greeting us personally and sharing helpful recommendations, including where to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Thanks also to Georgina for showing us to the suite, Daniel for always being ready to help, and the whole NH guest relations team. NH Collection Roma Centro gave us a memorable stay, and we’ll definitely be back.
