We had a lovely 3 days and 2 nights, and the hotel itself was great. Getting around was the frustrating part if you rely on public transport. The bus stop is almost right outside for trips into the city, with buses every 10-20 minutes. Coming back from the Metro/Bus station was much harder: the bus was often very late, and we repeatedly waited 40 minutes or longer. If you have a car, the location should be fine.

My family and I had a great stay. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Zahid, the bartender. He was polite, caring, and made our time there more pleasant. Just wanted to share that.

Getting here by car was easy, and parking was too. The hotel was great, the service amazing, and it felt like very good value for money. There's a bus stop 50 meters away for anyone heading to the city centre.

We spent 14 days at Occidental Aurelia and felt welcome, safe, and looked after like family. The hotel is on a quiet street beside seminaries/convent. Everyone was attentive and friendly, especially Maria, Zahid, Jose, and the women at the breakfast buffet. They really went out of their way to take care of us. One rainy night we came back late, and the relief on Zahid’s face when he saw us made it seem like he’d been waiting for family. Maria named us VIP of the day and left snacks and desserts in our room. They made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you so much!

After a long day walking around Rome, it was lovely to come back to this quiet spot and rest. The hotel is near the Vatican, with a bus stop across the street, and getting into the centre was easy too. The service was amazing, as you’d expect from this hotel group, and breakfast buffet was delicious. We were three people in the connected rooms and really enjoyed the stay. Can’t wait to return!
