The room was modern and really nice, and the location was perfect. We did have some trouble with the hot water, but the staff were helpful and eventually got it sorted.

Such a cute place, and the AC gets nice and cold, which we were grateful for in the Italian heat. Great spot in Rome too, with lots of places you can walk to.

The location was good, with a supermarket close by, and there were towels in the room. The elevator had a fun, human touch and was a delight. All the staff were so friendly, never showing any displeasure, even after we checked out. It was a high-tech elevator, too.

The location was excellent, but the room and service were a nightmare. Don't let this place spoil your Rome trip. Book somewhere else.
