We arrived after midnight, exhausted, and the hotel had arranged transport from the airport straight there. The staff helped us get settled quickly and were always friendly and helpful. My family and I had a lovely stay at Palazzo Navonna. We tried breakfast there one morning. It wasn't bad, but we preferred eating offsite for a little more variety.

The staff were superb from the start, meeting us at the taxi almost immediately and getting us into the palatial suite 301 just as quickly. The suites are stunning, and the view of the Pantheon is 100%. Breakfast had the best eggs and bacon I've had in 50 years! The hotel itself is amazing and much better than advertised. After how awful Baglioni in Florence was last year, this was a huge improvement.

The staff were amazing, caring, and helpful with advice on everything we needed. The rooms were clean and convenient, and there were endless restaurants nearby. The location makes it easy to enjoy Rome, right near the pantheon. Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain, and Spanish steps are a 10-minute walk, the trending Mattei area (Jewish Getto) is five minutes away, and the Roman forum and colosseum are a 15-minute walk.

The rooftop has gorgeous 360° views across Rome, and the hotel is right in the center. Every part of it was SUPER CLEAN, like new. We first stayed here six months ago and fell in love with it, then came back at Christmas. The beds are great, I slept wonderfully, and the shower was hot. The breakfast buffet is the best, with more than 100 delicious choices and plenty to eat. The staff are always ready to help with anything. At the front desk, Ilenia, Claudia, and Francesco were lovely. Angela and Filipina Aina kept the breakfast area stocked and spotless, working so quickly. We’ll stay here every time we come to Rome. ♥️

The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus, and the food there was delicious. Staff were amazing and so helpful. The location is great, and while the rooms are small, they’re clean. Breakfast is included too.
