The biggest letdown came when we left. My partner asked the receptionist to book a taxi to Rome Ciampino airport for 3 PM and showed the booking confirmation, but the taxi was booked for Fiumicino instead. It arrived early, which was good, but the fare went from 40 euros to 110 euros. We had allowed enough time to reach the correct airport, but that extra 70 euros was a complete waste and this should not have happened. My partner sent a detailed message about the mistake, and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. There was no accountability or offer of a refund or anything back, so we won’t stay there again. At 200 euros a night, even with our booking discount, it was definitely overpriced. The hotel was easy to find and in a decent location. Our room was directly behind reception, so we heard things like phones ringing at night. The room itself was spacious, very nice, and clean, with a powerful shower and a comfortable bed. I generally slept quite well. The chair should be higher, since sometimes you couldn’t see whether anyone was at reception. Staff were friendly enough. The air conditioning was set to 25 degrees and blew hot air, but they fixed that quickly. There were also quite a few lights in the room, which made sleeping a bit tricky.

Spot on for location, with clean rooms of a good size and great service. A great place to stay, highly recommended.

The room was modern and spotless, and I was really happy with my stay. The location was great and the staff were very helpful. When my earring slipped down the sink, the cleaning lady helped me get it.

The only slight issue was the shower’s hot water, which wasn’t abundant, though it was manageable and not too bad. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, renovated, and nicely designed, with super comfortable beds and sheets. I didn’t hear any street noise. The location is the main draw: you can walk anywhere, with pretty little streets, cafes, and excellent gelato less than five minutes away. There’s also a taxi station nearby, so Uber cars arrived quickly. Awesome place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend 👌🏻
