Palazzo Roma - The Leading Hotels of the World

Palazzo Roma stood out among a trip full of incredible hotels. The concierge and front office teams were proactive, communicative, and knew the city well. They handled reservations and recommendations smoothly and were happy to help us get around. Birthday touches during our stay felt thoughtful, never forced or transactional, and showed that the team paid attention. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is intimate, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. But what made the stay special was how welcoming and attentive the service felt. Staff seemed to anticipate what we needed and made us feel valued. The central location put almost everything we wanted to see in Rome within walking distance, while the hotel still felt peaceful and tucked away. We left already talking about when we could come back. Beautiful spaces are one thing, but Palazzo Roma made us feel cared for and celebrated throughout our stay.

I’ll keep staying and booking here. The location works well for city tours, since their pickup area only covers a certain radius and this property falls within it. The hotel is fairly new, so everything is in top condition, and the housekeeping staff are over the top. Food and drinks were great too. There are lots of little corners for reading, visiting, relaxing, or having a cocktail. They turned a building with original fresco into a hotel gem. For the price, it feels like you get more than you paid for. The garden area will be a great addition when it opens.

Shopping and exploring the city were easy from this ideal location. The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious decor and thoughtful details everywhere, and it feels refined but still welcoming. The team gave such personal, attentive service, especially Oliver, whose warmth made the stay even more memorable. Palazzo Roma was the highlight of my Rome holiday, with a flawless experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

We fell in love with this beautiful hotel. Staying here felt like being surrounded by Rome’s history and art. It’s in a great location, so we could walk to all the main sights, and the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’d absolutely come back.
