The restaurant was a real treat, with a good breakfast and a choice of indoor seating, a street-side spot for people-watching, or a quiet garden at the back. The location was fantastic, and the staff and concierge went out of their way for us, sorting out laundry and taxis whenever needed. The whole property was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. Friendly staff and top-tier service. We had a wonderful stay at Passpartout Boutique Palace and would highly recommend it.

The location was just right for a quieter, more quaint part of Rome, while still being within walking distance of many major sights. There are good restaurants with gluten free options and delicious gelato right on the hotel's street. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the room price felt very reasonable for what was included. We stayed at Passpartout over the Christmas holidays and loved it. Our room was adorable and super clean, and we enjoyed the included breakfast. Highly recommend staying here!

The attached restaurant was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Our room was beautiful, clean, and more than adequate for travelers, and the staff were pleasant. The neighborhood felt clean and safe, and it's central to almost everything an American traveler, especially a Catholic traveler, might hope to do in Rome. For what we paid, it was definitely a five star experience. I can't say enough about how great it was!

The staff were friendly, and I felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. I found the room clean and very comfortable, with nice amenities in case you forgot anything. The WiFi and breakfast were both very good. The location is especially convenient if you're spending a lot of time at the Vatican, and the rest of Rome is easy to reach from there too. It's a great hotel.

We really appreciated them leaving us a takeaway breakfast for our 6 am trip to the airport. That was going above and beyond. The restaurants downstairs were good, and the Vatican wasn't far at all. We had a very comfortable stay here!
