The good points: it's very close to Roma Terminal, so trains, the metro and tour buses are easy to reach. The hotel was clean throughout, including the bathroom, and staff were supportive. The helpdesk is open 24 hours for check-in and checkout, and Wi-Fi worked well everywhere. The downsides were a compact single room and a bathroom shower area that's so small it wasn't comfortable for an adult to use. There's no jet water tab, so you have to use tissues. Breakfast seating was neat and clean, but the choices were limited and the food was cold.

Even with Termini station nearby, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room is tiny and the bed is only full size for two people, not even queen size. There's no coffee or tea in the room, and the standing shower is so cramped you can barely move. The key is attached to a heavy metal piece and is almost impossible to use the first few times. I'd give the place two stars.

The rooms aren't well soundproofed, so hallway noise comes right through. That's the main reason I'm not giving it five stars. Otherwise, it's a cozy little hotel a minute or two on foot from Termini station and within walking distance of most of Rome's main sights. Staff are very hospitable, and reception is open 24/7, which helps with late arrivals. Rooms are cleaned daily, so hang the “do not disturb” sign on the door if you like to sleep late. Breakfast is available for €9, but I didn't try it. Good value for money!

A cozy little hotel very close to Roma Termini. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the reception staff were wonderful and so hospitable. Definitely recommend it! Love from Greece :-)
