The neighbourhood still felt Roman and wasn’t too touristy, even though the apartment is very close to the Colosseum. It suited our city break perfectly, with nice, spacious rooms. The gelateria next door was lovely, as was the Best Mate rooftop terrace around the corner. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time in the brand-new apartment over the New Year holidays, and really appreciated its quality and prime location. We rented a three-bedroom place through Colosseum Holidays, and their team was always available when we needed help. The service was top-level in every detail. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll definitely come back.

The property is beautifully done, very clean, and looks like an apartment from Architectural Digest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s in a fantastic part of town, a block from the Colosseum, with several outstanding restaurants within walking distance. If you go to Propaganda, one block away, say hello to Angelo the bartender. In my opinion, this is the only place to consider when planning a trip to Rome.

The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond. You can tell they take pride in the place and in their hospitality, and put a lot of effort into it. The home was very large, clean, open, and modern. No regrets, and we’ll stay with them again when we return.
