Residenza Bertani

I’ll never forget how awful this Rome stay was. We waited an hour for the staff member with the key, but I accepted that delays can happen. Once inside, we found the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. Staff told us to clean it ourselves or find somewhere else. It was already almost 21:00 PM, and we had no idea what to do, so I asked for another apartment. She found one, but we would have had to wait until 23:30 pm for the key. We were all too tired, so we just slept in that property. The next day there was no hot water when we showered, and it was cold. I sent her messages and called, but she didn’t answer. We had to leave the apartment, and they didn’t refund my money.
