The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and Prati was a very good location. Daily visits from the cleaning staff were a plus. Still, a few simple things like wall hooks and chairs would have made the stay more comfortable. There was no safe or refrigerator in the room. There's no reception, and check-in was strictly after 15:00. We couldn't even leave our bags before the room was ready.

Management replied right away, and letting us leave our bags in the kitchen area for the day was a big help. Once we found the suites, the video instructions for getting into the room were very clear. The location was good, with several bus stops around the corner, and it's about a 20-minute walk into town. The rooms are basic. The small kitchen area has a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, but it would be nice to have some glasses or cups. The air conditioning could have been stronger. I overheat easily, so I think I would have struggled in hotter weather.

The room was very clean, though I noticed some odd discoloration right away on the shelf in the wardrobe. Service was okay. They answered promptly when I called about trouble with the door handles. Each guest gets two towels, with a maximum of two guests, and a few small bottles you can use as soap or body wash. There aren't really any other amenities beyond a private bathroom. In room 3, drainage was poor: after only two minutes in the shower, water pooled around my feet. The shower is also small, so it's easy to bump into the door or wall. The sink drains a little faster, though it still fills up quickly. You can hear people in the other three rooms coming and going. Traffic noise is fairly loud, but it dies down later in the evening after dinner. The location is great, and a few places open early for breakfast, though expect things like croissants, muffins, and Danish pastries.

The technology and location were the only good parts. The rooms are small.
