Very noisy and dirty, with no safety and no facilities. He doesn’t give an invoice, and you always have to pay in cash. The prices are expensive. Highly not recommended.

I was robbed here, and there weren't any lockers. The room doors are left open, so I wouldn't stay. Avoid this place.

The bathrooms, bedding, and pillows were filthy, and the whole property felt neglected. Being told the building is supposedly 120 years old doesn't excuse that. I chose to respect their decisions and didn't take pictures of the room. I paid a lot for a place that was extremely dirty and disappointing. It was a horrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere clean and comfortable in Rome.

The way they handled my partner's lost laptop was the last straw. We called many times over three days. The contact person kept saying they'd check with the cleaning staff, and only confirmed the laptop was in the room three days later. They finally told us they had it after we said we'd involve the police. That's a long time to leave a valuable item in limbo. I paid 81.5€ for one night, and it felt like a scam. I won't use this place again. At check-in, they said cards weren't accepted, so I had to find an ATM. Then I was told checkout was at 9 a.m., even though the booking app said 10 a.m., and they also said the room ideally had to be empty by 7 a.m. The room and the rest of the property smelled like microwaved food, presumably something the staff had eaten. There was mold all over the room, which was really uncomfortable for me because I'm allergic to mold. The automatic perfume sprayer plugged into the wall didn't help. There were no towels or other basic hotel necessities. The TV wouldn't turn on when I tried, so I gave up, but in the morning I was blamed for breaking it. It was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests. There was hair on the sheets, dust in every corner and on all the higher surfaces. Both mattresses had blood and other bodily fluid stains. The syringe under a cabinet was even worse. The walls were stained, moldy, and dirty, and their ugly decor didn't distract from it. They hadn't sent the entry pin before we arrived, so I had to call staff while standing at the door to get it. The place was hard to find too, since the map pin showed the other side of the street.
