This apartment was exactly what my family of 5 adults was looking for! It was modern, clean and comfortable. We felt safe the entire time and its location was excellent. Paolo greeted us and introduced us to various sites in Rome via powerpoint. He explained how to use the metro which really came in handy! His maps were extremely helpful and his recommendations were terrific. We had excellent meals in Rome! The apartment was located close to a supermarket which came in handy for breakfast food. The apartment had a brand new washer/dryer combo which I figured out and was a lifesaver. We are not

We had a great stay at Paolo's apartment @ Via Labicana. Perfect for 6-8 people. Very spacious rooms with separate kitchen and dining/lounge area. Really lovely, big and thoughtfully designed. It was great for us (8 people). The location is perfect; a short walk to everything, yet hidden away from the crowds. Paolo was helpful and flexible at every stage, providing suggestions and helping with reservations. We'll surely recommend this apartment and Paolo's services to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Rome.

Great apartment ideally located near the Colosseum and Metro Station. This modern, very clean, spacious, well equipped apartment easily accommodated 8 adult women for our 3 day pre-cruise stay in Rome. Paolo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond greeting our group arriving at various times. He provided us with excellent recommendations, maps, information and any assistance as needed. The 3 bedroom/loft apartment was perfect and would highly recommend it. Air conditioning and WiFi were a plus in comparison to other VRBO locations. Great place, great location, great host!
