No hot water, it was noisy, and they didn’t clean or replace the towels. There wasn’t any shampoo either. Horrible, especially at €115 a night after the late check-in fee.

The location is the best part: the Vatican is nearby, Piazza del Popolo is a 15-minute walk away, there’s a metro stop close by, and Via Cola di Rienzo is just five minutes away for shopping. The rooms are clean but very basic, with small bathrooms and a TV. There’s also a kitchen area for breakfast.

Mr. Vincenzo was kind and very helpful, and gave us great restaurant and pizzeria tips. The place is clean and well organized, in a handy spot for getting to the main sights on foot. It’s also suitable if you’re travelling with a pet. We’ll definitely come back!

We got good value for the money, and the place was very clean and comfortable. It’s well located for reaching both the city center and the Vatican. Mr. Vincenzo was always available and suggested some excellent restaurants and pizzerias. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend it to friends.
