We spent New Year's Eve here with friends, in a peaceful building with our own gated parking space. St. Peter's is just a short walk away, and the rooms were bright, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was generous, too. Best of all, Romolo and Daniela had put a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge with glasses for us to celebrate. Such a lovely surprise!

The owners were warm, kind, and always ready to help, and the B&B itself felt welcoming and clean. Both rooms had their own recently renovated bathrooms with all the comforts. We stayed with friends a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Getting around was easy, with line A and surface transport nearby. 10 out of 10!

Romulus even walked us to the bus stop when it was raining as we left, which says a lot about how attentive this family was. We spent a lovely week here with our son. The neighborhood was peaceful, with easy bus or metro connections to the city center, and the service was excellent. We'd happily come back.

A good base for a few days in Rome, with buses just a short walk away and the Vatican a little over 2 km from the property. We appreciated the hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and private parking. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location isn't right in the center, though public transport makes it convenient. Our hosts were welcoming and very considerate of what guests need. I especially liked the greetings by the front door. Recommended.
