San Giovanni In Laterano Daniela Apartment

I spent over a month at Daniela's B&B while looking for somewhere to stay in the area, and I had a great time. Daniela is very kind and always available if you need anything. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The area is convenient, with good bus and metro service and lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. I'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Daniela!

The room smelled like smokers, and the whole experience was disappointing. After a four-hour trip with the kids, we arrived around dinner time and waited 40 minutes for Daniela. She gave us a quick tour of the room and asked for full payment at check-in. Within ten minutes of unpacking, we saw how dirty it was. The coffee cups were dirty, the microwave and kitchen cupboards were sticky, the dishwasher was unsightly, and there was hair on the sheets. There was cigarette ash on the bathroom shelf, and the rubber shower mat wasn't suitable for an apartment where guests change every two or three days. We even found hair underneath it. Daniela was completely unprofessional with us. At the end of the holiday, she just said, "Goodbye...the garbage, please!" We've never had such a rude and disappointing experience.

I want a refund for all four nights. Our flight was delayed by an hour, and you didn't wait for us. Even though we were still at the gate at 10 PM, you canceled the whole stay over a 30-minute delay. That's unacceptable. We ended up stranded in the middle of the night with dead phone batteries, and every hotel was full. It was incredibly difficult, and we still don't know where we'll stay for the remaining three nights in Rome. We can't afford another apartment unless you refund us. I'm seven months pregnant, and this has become a nightmare. Please find a solution. I've heard nothing from you, which is strange. I want my money back.

If you're trying to find the Basilica, the website gives a misleading impression. It's actually more than a kilometer away, and the photos showing the Basilica are deceptive too.
