The beds were very comfortable, the room spacious and the rates reasonable. It's handy for getting around Rome by bus, and there's a fabulous place downstairs, Pasticceria Linari, for colazione, dolci and fresh orange juice. A lovely place to stay.

Whenever I can get a room while I'm in town, I try to stay at this lovely boutique BNB. It's great value, the rooms are clean, and it's in the best neighborhood in Rome.

We're a couple in our 50s visiting Rome for the first time. An Italian friend suggested this neighborhood as somewhere away from the tourist crowds, and it was exactly what we wanted. It's a lovely local area with parks, squares and great restaurants all around, while still being close enough to the attractions. This is a set of rooms in a residential building, so there's no lobby or other facilities. The room itself was clean, tidy and very comfortable. We got a breakfast coupon for the bakery downstairs and enjoyed coffee and pastries standing there like locals. Read the entry instructions carefully: without a lobby or front desk, you have to enter the building using a code.

The location is just right, outside the town center but only a 15-minute ride on bus line 83. The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was perfect. There are great local restaurants in the neighborhood too. We'll be back!
