The staff were nice and breakfast wasn't bad overall. But our room for three had very firm beds and a tiny shower. The balcony was plain and absolutely covered in ants, and there were lots of spiders in the room.

Such nice people. The bathroom was too small, but it did the job and kept me clean 😁

It's a small, cosy place, with quiet nights despite the busy streets around it. Don't expect anything deluxe. It's affordable and well connected to the old centre, with the Vatican nearby and the FC Roma stadium close too :)

4/10
The hotel is close to the railway and taxi station, which made getting to the city centre easy. That's about the only good thing for us. We stayed four nights as a family, and the breakfast was awful. The staff weren't helpful, and unfortunately we felt they took us for fools because we weren't Italian or fluent in the language. The rooms aren't very big, so it was especially hard to accept that they weren't cleaned properly each day. We definitely won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

10/10
It was quiet and clean, a nice place to wind down after a busy day. Breakfast was tasty, with enough variety for different tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with whatever I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
