Sixtythree Guesthouse

We lasted five minutes and left right away, even though it was late and we were tired after the flight. The place was awful, with no fire safety. It wasn't really a room, just a tiny former utility space under the roof, with no window and a terrible damp smell. If you don't want your holiday ruined, never stay in these apartments!

There’s a lot that needs major repairs. The bathroom had dark mold all around the corners and across the ceiling. The heating and air conditioning unit blew warm air that smelled strongly of dust and mold, so we couldn't really use it. The bedroom windows were locked shut, leaving us to choose between heating the room or getting good but cold air. And starting at 8 am, there was very loud construction noise every day.

The hot water kept cutting out, and the female staff member was very rude. After servicing the room while we were away, she left both the door and window unlocked. Our room was up a very narrow staircase, so getting there wasn't convenient with kids or luggage, and wouldn't work well for someone with a disability.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the guy working there was really kind and helpful. I had a positive stay. The only drawback was the location, which felt a bit underground, though it was still close to the center.
