The manager was helpful, and the rooms were clean!

Being close to the metro was the best part. The property management was fine, but the cleanliness and furnishings were disappointing. Some utensils were broken, the pans were old and dirty, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the coffee maker’s handle was broken. There’s a lot that could be improved.

The apartment seemed really nice, which makes what happened even more disappointing. We were meant to stay as a group of five for a bachelor party, but the airline canceled our tickets two days before departure. I messaged the hotel, included proof, and asked whether a refund might be possible. No reply. The day before the trip, my friend called to explain, but the employees acted as if they didn’t understand English. I messaged again to ask if we could at least change the booking and reschedule. Still nothing. The trip was set for September 16, and it’s now October 17. We understand a refund normally wasn’t possible, but leaving us without any response to this day was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We’re deeply dismayed.

The bathroom is spacious, and there’s a wardrobe in the bedrooms. The apartment is great, with lots of space and an equipped kitchen. It’s near the metro, so getting to central Rome is easy.
