Elena made us feel very welcome and was friendly and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed our three nights at Suite Luisa Roma. The apartment was clean, quiet, and felt safe, inside a gated complex. The location was great too: two minutes from the metro and a 15-minute walk from the Vatican. We'd definitely recommend it.

We could get around easily by bike, both during the day and at night, from this fairly quiet area. It's a great base for visiting Rome. The apartment was nice, fairly new, and clean, with good extras like towels, slippers, and breakfast. The kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning could use some improvement.

The apartment was quiet overall, set inside an apartment complex in Trionfale. The location was excellent, close to the metro, bus stops, and Vatican Museum. There are plenty of recommended restaurants nearby, especially La Cannoleria Siciliana, the pastry shop across the road. Inside, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and had a few little surprises, the bathrooms were comfortable, there was hot water, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It had everything we needed to come back and relax after being out. Elena was kind and welcoming. She explained everything, answered our questions patiently, and seemed to have taken care of even the smallest details to make the stay excellent. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at Suite Luisa Roma. Elena and Roberto were wonderful, and the apartment was comfortable, attractive, and had everything we needed. The metro is only a few blocks away, so Rome's main sights were easy to get to. We'd definitely recommend it.
