Sun Suite Luxury Pantheon

The room was smaller than I'd hoped, though I suppose that's what comes with a townhouse hotel in the town centre. It was clean, had a free minibar, and came with good shower products, though there was no bath. There weren't any other facilities. The service felt warm and personal, and all the sights, bars, and restaurants were an easy walk from this lovely central spot. Rome itself was a letdown for me, with rip-off prices, generally poor food, and terrible restaurant service, but that's another story.

We could walk everywhere in about 20-30 minutes, so we didn't use buses. The location is very central, and the rooms were clean. Michelle looked after everything during our stay, thank you to her. We'll come back to the same place, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

This is a basic guest room, so don't expect a hotel. The rooms are clean, but what happened during my two-day stay was completely unacceptable. After the first night, I hadn't asked for cleaning, pressed the cleaning button, or given anyone permission to come in. I had locked the door because I wanted my things left alone. Still, someone entered, moved my belongings around, and left them scattered in different places. I spent about 20 minutes trying to find everything. I hate having my things touched without permission, especially my suitcase, clothes, toiletries, toothbrush, and underwear. Now I'm left wondering whether anything was stolen or whether someone went through my suitcase. It's disgusting and humiliating, and grounds for a formal complaint. I regret paying for this place and wish I'd left as soon as I walked in. I wouldn't recommend this guest house at all. For the same price, there are better places with respectful staff and good service. Staying here means risking a stranger handling your personal things. Terrible.

The pictures on the travel site didn't match the room we were given. We left as soon as we saw it and found another hotel.
