We stayed four nights at Sweet holidays in Rome and really enjoyed it. The receptionist was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, with a cleaning service, and it's about an 8-minute walk from Termini metro station, where you can catch buses, metro trains and trains to all sorts of places. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone! :)
The location is a real plus, close to Termini Station in central Rome, and the view was stunning. Housekeeping was impeccable. We happened upon the place by chance and found it quite small. It turns out to be an apartment converted into a hotel, without a dedicated breakfast room, though they do provide vouchers for a nearby café. The manager/owner was very friendly, but his Italian isn't very good, which made local communication difficult. I also would have liked him to be a bit more helpful.
