A few minutes from Re di Roma Metro station, in a lovely neighbourhood. We enjoyed the sfogliatellas and cappuccinos nearby. Our room was cozy and warm, the bed was a decent size with a great mattress, and the bathroom was cleaned excellently. The check-in and check-out system was quick and easy. The host was wonderful, kind, helpful, and quick to respond. I'd happily return.

The room was clean, quiet, and looked out onto Appia Nuova. Metro and bus stops are very close, making it easy to get around and see Rome. Mr.Stephan was always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we asked. Our trip to Rome, and especially our stay at “Sweet Home Faleria”, was amazing. I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone traveling to Rome.

It was easy to walk to all the sights, and the accommodation was clean. The owner was nice too. The tricky part was finding the place: look for its name on the doorbell, since there's no "Sweet Home Faleria" sign outside.

The rooms were very clean and the host was nice. Being so close to the metro meant we could get around the city quickly. A really good choice, I'd definitely recommend it! 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We could walk to the city center from this perfect location, and public transport was convenient too. The owner was friendly throughout and available whenever we needed something. A great experience.
