It's super busy. Watch out for pickpockets. You can often spot them by how shifty they look. Pay attention if reasonably young couples suddenly slow down in front of you. Usually, that means they've picked you out as prey. Don't be shy about pushing them out of the way. Better to be rude than robbed.

The service was great overall, and the amenities are very good, but the room is extremely small and looks very different from the pictures. The location is right opposite the train station, very central. I wouldn't stay again because of the room size.

Everything was within walking distance from this authentic Roma building, and the whole place was clean. I slept so well because the bed was really comfortable. A lovely stay, five stars for sure!
