We just got back from seven nights in Rome, and we’re so glad we picked this hotel. The location was excellent, and we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. I’d worried that being near the Trevi Fountain might be an issue, but it wasn’t. The staff were warm and friendly, knew our names, helped us find excellent restaurants, and handled our needs promptly and professionally. Thanks to Alessandra, Michele, the front desk and concierge team, the breakfast serving staff, and the gentleman who helped with our bags and room. They made our vacation memorable. We know where we’ll stay when we return to Rome.

Umiltà Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Its location made it easy to get around and explore, and my room was impressively spacious, with a thoughtful layout and elegant, tasteful décor. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with requests. Breakfast was especially memorable because of Laura, the breakfast room manager. She’s an elegant, warm person who brought extra energy and joy to each morning, beyond the meal itself. I’m looking forward to coming back to Umiltà, and hopefully seeing Laura again.

I stayed six days and five nights. The room was comfortable and cleaned well every day, and everyone from the front desk to the restaurant was helpful. The food was delicious, especially the generous breakfast with its wide variety of vegetables and fruit. Restaurant staff Laula, Anna, and one male staff member were particularly kind. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I come back. Something else touched me. I lost my hat on my second day in Rome, and it was so hot at noon that I really needed one when going out. When I returned that night and opened the door, the hotel manager Chiara Axxarello had left a new hat on the table for me. I was surprised and grateful for such thoughtful service. Thank you so much.
