The area is quiet, and the metro is an easy walk away. Check-in was automated but simple and seamless. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, and it was cleaned daily. They also left complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and cookies, a nice touch. The bathroom is small, though it never caused us any trouble. I’ll make this my go-to for future Rome trips. Highly recommend!

The room was simple and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but somehow they fit two toilets in it 😅. We liked having a shared space with free water, coffee, and snacks. The apartment is on the third floor, with a lift, and there’s a laundromat right downstairs. Roma Termini is about a ten-minute walk away or a short Uber ride, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were friendly. Soundproofing could be better, since hallway noise carries into the room.

I liked how quiet the area was, even though bus stops, the metro, the train station, shops, and restaurants were all close by. The room worked well for two people on a short stay. It had a comfortable bed, working AC, a mini fridge and TV, toiletries, slippers, and plenty of towels. The shower cubicle was very small, about 60 cm by 60 cm, but we managed. The toilet flush was loud, especially at night, though I hope I didn’t wake anyone. The shared area, kitchen included, was available for everyone to relax, get a drink, or grab a snack. There was free cold water, a kettle, tea, coffee, croissants, and crackers in cheese and ham flavours. The AC there ran all day and night, which was appreciated. Access to the building and apartment felt secure, using codes and keys. The lift was old-fashioned and a bit small, but worked fine. The main building door took a firm push to open, though people sometimes left it open, which was convenient. The apartment looked much like the listing, and that was a good start.

The location was the best part for getting around. Roma Termini is only a 15-minute walk, and most tourist sights were within an hour on foot. The room was very clean and good value. Staff were friendly and changed the linens daily, though their cleaning schedule was inconsistent. A couple of times we came back while they were still working in our room, which was a minor hassle. Noise was the bigger issue. The upstairs neighbours had a small child who stomped around every night at 9, and sounds from guests coming in often woke us because the walls are thin. I wanted to give it a 3.5, but rounded down.

For a short Rome visit, this little room is a good fit if you’re looking to see the popular sights without spending too much. It’s in a central area, within walking distance of lots of attractions and restaurants, and felt relatively safe with several doors to pass through. The room was pretty clean, and cleaners came daily with fresh towels. But the schedule said 11 am to 2 pm, and one day we returned at 3:30 and had to wait for them to finish. While we were out, cleaning solution spilled on a new book I’d left on the nightstand. It smelled lemony and warped the pages, and the cleaners didn’t mention it. A few things need repair: an outlet was coming out of the wall and the side table wobbled. There was also a constant hallway light that shone through the gap under the door. Every evening at 9, a child upstairs would run around. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to know about. You get what you pay for.
