Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh pastries and tasty dishes each morning. The place itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we could walk to all the main sights from its central location. Our hosts made us feel like family from the start. They clearly love what they do, and helped make the stay special with a sightseeing route tailored for us and great restaurant suggestions. We can't wait to come back. A lovely B&B, and one we'd happily recommend.

We felt like locals instead of tourists, thanks to all the thoughtful tips Lubya and Marco gave us. Their suggestions for sightseeing, lunch, dinner, and gelato were spot on, and they made us feel as if we'd known them forever. The rooms were exceptional, and the location worked perfectly for seeing Rome. My wife and I even woke up this morning missing breakfast with Lubya and Marco. We'll definitely be back.

It was hard to say goodbye to Lyuba and Marco. They were both so kind and welcoming, and Marco helped us plan our excursions when we met him at breakfast. The breakfast was top notch, with something for everyone and some very yummy baked goods from Lyuba. Lyuba greeted us with a big smile and helped us into our apartment. It was clean, warm, cozy, and spacious. My husband and I stayed here last month, and we're so grateful for the warm hospitality. We hope we'll meet again someday. Thank you for your kindness.

We spent three days at Vatica B&B on our first trip to Rome and were delighted. Lyuba and Marco were amazing owners, so kind and welcoming, and gave us valuable advice. The place was comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts with homemade cakes were delicious. Five stars don't feel like enough. If we return to Rome, we already know where we'll stay. Thank you for everything!

Lyuba and her husband Marco were wonderful hosts, and their knowledge of Rome really helped us find our way around. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Fantastic place to stay, and we'll be back.
