The worst hotel ever! Don’t go. It looked nothing like the pictures, and they fooled us. They won’t give us our money back!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The owner rarely replied to our messages, and when we had a shower problem, we got no answer at all until checkout. The shower was almost entirely cold, with barely any hot water, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I was glad we stayed only two days. It’s somewhat close to the Vatican, but the road is hard to manage with luggage, and we were sweating a lot by the time we walked to the hotel. Not recommended.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay, and I’d recommend the hotel. The bed and other room facilities were new, clean, and comfortable. It’s in an excellent location, close to the Vatican and easy to reach from the train station, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket an easy walk away.

The quiet was lovely, and we could even hear the song of the Sabiá. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, and the view over the Vatican gardens was lovely too. It was easy to get around from Vatican Pertusa, with Trastevere about 25 minutes away and St. Peter's Square 10 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
