The room was dirty and had no heating. After just one night, I woke up with irritation. We never saw the owners, despite the new regulations, and nobody asked for identification. Breakfast was minimal, served at a bar where you pick up and return the keys. Absolutely not recommended.

We were glad we'd booked only one night, though we'd reserved two rooms through Booking.com. On arrival, we were sent to a different accommodation altogether, and the keys came from a friendly young man at a convenience store. We paid the tourist taxes in cash, but nobody asked to see our identification. The third bed in the room meant to sleep three was a tiny, uncomfortable camp bed. The photos on the booking platforms don't show the place where guests are actually accommodated. In response to the property's reply: we weren't looking for 5-star service. We expected to stay in the place we booked, not somewhere else with even lower standards than the accommodation we had paid for.

We were left stranded on the street one evening over the weekend of June 2nd, searching at the last minute for somewhere to stay. We'd booked by phone and paid in full in advance, but no one told us the check-in hours or cancellation policy. Then the market where we were meant to collect the keys was closed, so we were refused the room. The "lady" we'd been speaking with rudely told us to find somewhere else at the last minute, then hung up and wouldn't discuss any compromise. They say we didn't show up (?????), and won't return the money they wrongly kept. Nothing this unpleasant has happened to us before, especially with such arrogance and indifference. We won't give up until we get back what we're owed. I hope the owner isn't the person we spoke to and reads this, so he knows how PAYING guests are treated.

For four days we had only a tiny amount of hot water and showered in freezing water. The owner did nothing about it. The room we were given wasn't the one we'd booked and paid for, and it was tiny, with dust everywhere, especially on the carpets. The welcome was awful: the lady was rude as soon as we arrived. To top it off, she left our bags in the hallway because we were a little late for check-in. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT EXACTLY MATCH THE ADVERTISEMENT!!
