I've had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property just steps from the Vatican, and I come back to this super comfortable place every year. The owner is incredibly kind. I recommend it 100%. See you again in June 2026.

We booked 6 rooms after speaking with the property by phone. At the time, it was listed on Booking as "Vatican Vanity Roma." We paid the full accommodation cost, then were asked for a €900 deposit, which we also paid. A week before we were due to arrive, they cancelled, saying we couldn't check in until 8:00 PM, even though our arrival was expected around 10:00 PM. We got no refund for either the accommodation or the deposit and had to find another place at the last minute. A very unpleasant experience. You returned nothing. I was really polite, and we're not the only people you fooled. Mr. Morgan Williams posted a similar review 2 months ago, saying you were rude and didn't return the money. Your lack of character also shows in how you changed the company's name on Booking during the period last year when you fooled us, so the negative reviews would disappear. When we paid, it was called Vatican Vanity Roma. After you cheated us, it was Vaticano San Pietro Metro Ottaviano. Hello. About your claim that you had to wait for us until midnight, we offered to send two of the 12 of us earlier to check in, even though it meant extra travel costs for us. You didn't agree. You are a man without character. Hello.

Emiliano was generous with advice and helpful with everything. Our train strike made it hard to arrive, and although check-in was meant to be until 8:00 PM, he let my daughter and me in despite the very late hour. We stayed 2 nights. The room and bed were comfortable, the location was great for getting around, and the price was great too. I'll be back as soon as I can. Thank you!

I'm part of the group of 12 who were scammed by this hotel. In May 2025 I paid the full amount, €1800, for 6 rooms, and in June 2025 they charged our card a €900 deposit, which we had agreed to. A week before our stay, they came up with different reasons not to host us, including that we had to check in by 8:00 pm even though our flight landed at 8:30 pm. They didn't refund any of our money. This hotel is dealing with thieves. We can provide proof of payment and correspondence.
