Residenza Ottaviani was right in the heart of Rome, so getting to local attractions, restaurants, and shops was easy. I was very happy with the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud, and USB charging ports would’ve been handy. I had a fantastic time there.

The rooms are big, and the place is nice and kept clean daily. It’s an apartment hotel in a good spot near the vatican.

Andrea was a wonderful host, and we felt very safe here with our 2 young boys. It was great to find such a hidden gem, with many places within walking distance. We’d happily return, and I’d especially recommend it by North American standards. Thank you!

The owner was wonderful and accommodating, and the suite was charming and clean. It felt like I lived in Rome, with everything a short walk away. I much preferred it to a traditional hotel and highly recommend it.

Our host was kind and waited for us even though our flights were delayed by an hour. The location was amazing, with a monument whichever way we walked, and restaurants, cafe's and bars on every corner. The room itself was tiny, the bed wasn’t comfortable, and the AC was very loud. We also didn’t realize there were multiple rooms available, and the photos didn’t clearly show what you’d actually get.
