Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff speaks Spanish, which was a nice extra. It's in Prati, about a ten-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica. Definitely recommend it.

Christian deserves a mention for how carefully he keeps the B&B in order. The rooms are practical and spotless, and Claudio has been a fantastic, consistently helpful host during my long stay. It's also handy for the train station and Metro A, among other connections.

Claudio made the stay feel like a proper vacation, not just a trip. He's the owner, but also feels like a friend to his guests. Christian was kind, big-hearted, and always available too. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and the paid car park was very convenient. There are lots of shops nearby, two metro stops just 30 seconds away, and the Vatican is five minutes on foot. We came to Rome for the "eye center," which was also only about a five-minute walk away. We'd never visited Rome before, and we left the apartment yesterday. Thanks so much!

We found this place at the last minute and would happily stay again. The manager was very helpful, the location is excellent for the metro and just steps from the Vatican, and our room was decent and clean. We also liked being able to take electric bikes around the city center. Our basement room did have a couple of drawbacks: we could hear people having breakfast next door, and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Still, five stars from us, and I'd recommend it to friends.
