Villa Mercedes

I was here on a business trip and would definitely consider this property again. The owner was courteous and kind, and getting to the place was easy. Parking on site was really convenient, and both the cleanliness and comfort were excellent for the price.

The location was great, quiet but still close to amenities and the area's main attractions. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. I also really liked how welcoming and relaxing the residence felt, a peaceful place for a holiday. My accommodation was clean, spacious, well looked after, and had all the comforts I needed to feel at home. I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

We weren’t told until check-in, around 10:00 PM, that there was a problem with the apartment assigned to us and that we’d be moved. The replacement was clearly not suitable for guests: it was poorly cleaned, had virtually no amenities, the TV didn’t work, and the electrical outlets were completely broken and dangerous, as well as illegal. We paid a high price for one night and expected something at least close to the photos on the platform. It wasn’t. The doors had impact holes, and covering them with butterfly stickers felt more like a joke than a kind touch. The property didn’t offer any gesture to make up for the inconvenience.

Really enjoyed my stay, and the place was exceptionally clean. Thanks for the hospitality. Parking was fine, with spaces always available.
