I cut my stay short by one night because the place also seemed unhygienic, and the owner told my roommate I was dirty and had given him fake money. The one consolation was being near Termini. When I tried buzzing in a few times, the owner at reception greeted me by shouting and talking down to me. I tried to stay as kind as I could, since I thought he was uneducated. That's no way to run a business. His replies to Google reviews also come across as rude and unprofessional. Be careful if you book here. I hope someone reports the place to the authorities.

The only upside was the location. The bathroom was the dirtiest I've ever seen, and the rooms were filthy and smelled awful. The bed sheets were extremely dirty and the pillows smelled terrible. The receptionist had no manners and was very rude, shouting and in a bad state. We asked him to turn on the AC, but he got angry and refused, even though it was 32 degrees outside. It wasn't worth the money.

The owner often screams and responds rudely whenever you complain. The place is dirty and awful, and all the photos shown here are fake. In the men's dorm, the air conditioner doesn't work because, according to my impression, the owner doesn't want to spend money on proper maintenance. It's unhygienic, and it feels like they only want your money. The owner and the foreign worker were both very impolite. This place is one step away from sleeping on the street, like a gateway to hell. It isn't worth more than one euro a night. Don't waste your money or book here.

I paid 25 euros a night for two nights, but left after the first. It was a disgusting, dirty apartment, messy and shady, not even a proper hostel.
