Lovely spot with fresh air.

The grounds were a highlight for us: lots of green space, a lovely view over Cattolica, a playground, pool with a small whirlpool, gazebos for eating outside, and a grill area. It felt peaceful and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We spent five days here in August 2025 with our two children, aged 7 and 11. I chose the property after seeing its website, and it turned out to be a really nice discovery. The five apartments are in an old farmhouse and are kept very clean and in good condition. I'd like to tell my friends about it, and I highly recommend it to families.

The hosts are so kind and make us feel at home every time we visit. We've come back often because of the high standard of service. The rooms are mini-apartments, so you get the freedom that comes with that kind of stay. It's a quiet place away from the Riviera's bustle, ideal if you want to relax. For a change of pace, though, everything is within about a 20-minute radius.

Roberta was a very kind host. The property is beautiful and well looked after, with a big park around it and great views of the coast and nearby hills.

The setting is beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed. Because of the season, we couldn't make full use of the pool or the outdoor areas. We're used to places like this and expected a small welcome gift of local products, but there wasn't one when we arrived. Considering the services and the price for that time of year, I'd rate the stay as satisfactory.
