The breakfast was a lovely start to the day, and when we had to leave early for our flight, our host made us coffee and wrapped up croissants to take along. Déborah??? was so welcoming and has a great sense of humour. We could walk into the village for bars and restaurants, and Lake Como attractions were easy to reach by car. The room was warm and comfortable, with a good bathroom, a TV with around 100 channels, all in Italian, and a mini fridge that kept our medication and water cold. We did miss having tea or coffee in the room. This family-run place turned out to be the best of the three hotels we stayed at during our week on the road, despite my worries after reading the reviews. It was a great surprise, and we'd happily come back to Italy and stay here again.

We arrived very late after getting lost, but the staff had left us the keys so we could get inside and rest somewhere warm. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The bathroom was spotless, with good plumbing and a relaxing bathtub, and the elevator made getting around easy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, just right before a day in the mountains. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

There was plenty of space to park in the private lot, and breakfast the next morning was excellent. We booked online by phone when we were running late, then got in after 20.00. The key was at reception, with a note in English explaining everything we needed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with heating we could control ourselves, and a lovely view of the valley and the mountain across from us. Recommended, and I'll be back on my regular trips to my property in Venice.

The balcony view made up for the bed being less than comfortable. Staff were friendly and cleaned the room every day, with fresh towels. We also had a problem with our rental car, and the hotel owner took full responsibility and dealt with it promptly. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Room 32 was spacious and cozy, with a large bed, TV, table, nightstands, private bathroom, wardrobe, and a small fridge. There's also a pool and a terrace with a beautiful view. Breakfast had the usual Italian pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and more. The staff were friendly and willing to help.
