Lovely!

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and Claudio was courteous and helpful. It's on the second floor of a tower on one of San Gimignano's main streets, with no elevator. The views from the kitchen and bedroom are beautiful. We found the bed uncomfortable because we're used to a much firmer mattress and felt like we sank into it, though that's a matter of taste. Having parking available for a small fee was very helpful. This place definitely isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Claudio is such a kind, welcoming owner, and the centrally located apartment has everything you need. The private covered garage was a real plus, as was being able to bring our pets. Highly recommended!

I picked this place because the hotel options I looked at didn't allow pets, and a very kind lady told me this one was right in the center. She arranged parking when we arrived. Then we stepped into the little living room and realized the apartment was inside a tower. From the window you could see the square and all the towers. Gorgeous! The furnishings aren't five-star, but the setting matters, especially for the price.
