Francesca and her family helped me so much when I was young, didn't speak Italian, and had been messed around by a local language school run by Brits. They treated me like a daughter, and I still remember their generosity, kindness, and support. I stayed about 12 years ago, but the memories are still warm. Beautiful people and a wonderful place to stay. God Bless 🙏

We had our honeymoon here and were so glad we picked this little treasure in Sarzana. Francesca and Carmile were fantastic, and the stay was really good value. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great place at a very good price. We're definitely coming back next year!

The view from the pool over Sarzana's green, thick hills was lovely, and the place felt like a little corner of paradise. It's a few kilometers from the center and also handy for visiting the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places and scenery. Carmine and Francesca were such lovely people and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, everything was neat and clean, and the pool was clean too. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything 🌞🌛🫂🫂💓

A peaceful spot only a few minutes by car from the center. We really liked the garden and pool, and the owners were very friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had everything we needed.

Carmine and Francesca gave us a lovely welcome and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool was spotless and the whole property looked well cared for. Breakfast was excellent, too. It's convenient for Sarzana's center and nearby towns. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back.
