We spent our evenings on the balcony watching the vessels, the view was spectacular. The place was so clean, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a family trip. April or May seems like a lovely time to visit, with just a few tourists and a pleasantly sleepy feel. You made our holiday perfect!

The room stayed comfortable and cool despite facing west, and it had air conditioning throughout. We also had WiFi, a TV, a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water and drinks, and a coffee machine with pods. The lady who greeted us was kind and helpful. Breakfast had tasty sweet and savory choices, and the coffee and cappuccino were good. The B&B is in a convenient spot with panoramic views of Messina and the sea at sunset.

The owner was delightful and went out of her way to help. Everything was clean and orderly, and breakfast had plenty of sweet and savory options. From the little balcony, we could look out over the sea, Marina Grande beach, and the castle, especially lovely at sunset.

I'd read the positive reviews, but the place still surprised me. The owners were so kind and always available, and the breakfast was outstanding and unusual. There's no elevator in the three-story building. The large room had a spectacular view, plus free water, juice, and soft drinks in the refrigerator and a coffee machine with sweet and savory snacks available for free. I often stay in hotels for work, and I'd never seen that before. The amenities felt five-star.

The staff were warm, polite, and easy to approach, and the whole place was carefully looked after, with details that are better experienced in person. There was parking, and the central location made it easy to get around without a car: about 3 minutes on foot to the main beaches and 9 minutes to Chianalea town. If you're after a luxury stay in Scilla, this place is worth considering.
