Hotel Tritone

Really good hospitality and great service for guests.

The buffet was good, and each day there was a small snack for guests around midday. The sea is right across the road. The center is a little farther away, though the bicycles and included bus make getting there easy. My boyfriend and I stayed during the first week of September. The hotel was lovely, with basic, clean rooms that were on the small side. We didn't have a sea view, but the view was still nice apart from the passing train. With the windows shut and the air conditioning on, the noise wasn't too bad.

Meals were a highlight for me: buffet food that was simple but consistently well prepared. My partner and I felt very well looked after in a family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to hear us out whenever we needed something. We booked a small but practical room with a comfortable bed. Although the window faced the railway, we barely heard the trains thanks to the windows, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. The common areas and our room were always clean, and the facilities were clearly well maintained. Senigallia's center is a bit of a distance away, but free public transport and the available bikes helped. I came looking for peace and relaxation, and found a place where people were professional, capable, and courteous.

Mrs. Silvia greeted us kindly, explained everything, and was always available. The dining room and floor staff were also consistently kind. We were two families, seven people in total, and often found something missing from the table, which meant queuing at the buffet. It would help to keep basics like bread and condiments on the tables. For guests who get up early, I've already written everything. Since the stay was all-inclusive, I would have liked water available all day so we could refill bottles, and more variety in the food. For children aged 10-14, there wasn't much to keep them occupied. A simple table football game could make adults and kids happy, as we've seen at better hotels in the area. One other thing we'd rather avoid on holiday: news on the two dining room TVs during meals. We've heard enough bad news every day of the year. The stay was good overall, with some things that could be improved.
