From the private outdoor area, you can relax and park your car, and the view over the sea and hills is breathtaking. This spacious two-room apartment is tastefully decorated with lots of attention to detail. It’s clean, practical, and has every comfort you might need. Simonetta has clearly put her heart and soul into it. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at Simonetta’s house several times and will come back on future trips. It’s easy to reach, right beside the road, but the only sounds you hear are from nature. There’s a path in front of the house that winds over gentle hills down to the sea, and the car goes in a gated parking space. The living room/kitchen and bedroom are charmingly furnished. On one autumn arrival, Simonetta had warmed the rooms to a cozy temperature with her powerful pellet stove. Breakfast groceries and utensils are provided, and the spacious bathroom has a bathtub and everything, plus more, that you need. She leaves detailed instructions for all the appliances. Such a magical, romantic spot, and fantastic value for money. The place is super clean, with private parking, and it’s in a pretty location about ten minutes by car from Senigallia. It feels more like a mini-apartment than a room, and it’s beautiful, thoughtfully cared for, and packed with comforts: kettle, microwave, coffee maker, television, attached ceramics, and a nice sink. The bathroom is large and comfortable. There are instructions for everything, so you don’t have to worry about using things wrong. Water, milk, jam, Nutella, tea bags, various herbal teas, sandwich bread, and more are provided, and the lady even left us delicious sweets on the table. There’s a lovely stove in the main room that warms it and creates a cozy atmosphere, plus an air conditioner to adjust the temperature. If you arrive during the flowering season, a beautiful Japanese camellia in bloom welcomes you at the entrance. Compliments to the lady who runs the place.

Just inland from Senigallia, this lovely little apartment would suit a weekend away or a longer stay, since it’s fully equipped. The owner is lovely and available if you need information, and provides an excellent breakfast. There’s private gated parking. Inside, you’ll find a bathroom with a tub and shower, plus a kitchen/living room with everything you need except a stove, though there is a microwave. The room is air-conditioned and has a TV.
