The hotel has a peaceful feel, good facilities, and a generous breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff are always smiling and helpful. Public transport is right beside the hotel, with the city centre just a 10-minute ride away. I’d be happy to come back.

Really nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s way nicer than 4 Points in North America. The rooms are very comfortable and the showers are great, without the North American water “savers.” The air conditioning is weird, though, and there are no English TV channels.

The outdoor space is tasteful, and the beautiful old olive trees give the property a lot of charm. The building feels modern, stylish, and practical, and the food is excellent, almost perfect. It is, though, a bit in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is within an easy walk, so it’s not great if you want to explore Siena on foot. If you’re driving and want comfort and quality, it’s a top-notch option. I was impressed by how clean and well kept everything felt. The room had a modern look, a large TV that was actually enjoyable to watch, a kettle, and air conditioning that worked flawlessly. The bathroom was tidy too. I especially liked the feather pillows and the bed cover that hid the duvet, since hotel duvets are often left exposed and don’t always seem as clean as you’d hope. The one thing that bothered me was the bottled water policy. Complimentary bottles are only for members of some programme. I understand the marketing angle, but bottled water likely costs around five cents, so this feels like a petty upsell that could alienate guests over something minor and essential. If the hotel offers perks, include them for everyone or don’t make a fuss about them.

We were a large group arriving in March 2025 for one night, and only one computer was working, so check-in took longer than it should have. The staff were kind and welcoming, though. The room was very clean, but the bed was firmer than I like and I didn’t sleep well. The bathroom looked a little dated, but everything was clean and there were no issues. Breakfast had lots of good options, although some of the pastries and croissants were rock solid.
