The receptionist gave us a great restaurant recommendation and was young, kind, helpful, and always smiling. We stayed one night. The room was spacious and had air conditioning, and there’s free parking at the hotel. It sits in a lovely green area, a little way from town, and the stay was very cost-effective.

The area near Siena is beautiful, and we really enjoyed staying at this excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend!

The reception staff were very good, and the room was clean, though its quality felt below average. The bigger problem was the heat: there was no AC, which really should have been essential in such a hot summer. The two internet connections barely worked either. After rain during the day, I managed a few hours of sleep with the window open, but traffic from the main road beside the hotel kept coming through. Sunlight and the road noise woke me early, after an already poor night.

If you're driving to Siena, this is a place I'd recommend. The room was clean and roomy, with A/C, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient too. The old town isn't within walking distance, but having a car makes that a non-issue. I think the hotel is underrated.

The air conditioner was a bit loud, and the furniture felt old-fashioned. Still, I had a pleasant stay. It's a solid three-star hotel, with excellent cleaning service, friendly staff, and a big parking lot. Supermarkets are just a two-minute drive away, and Siena's center takes about seven minutes by car.
