There’s no elevator, and the AC doesn’t work. They use a key to control the electricity, so you have to turn everything off when you leave. When you come back, the apartment is at 100 F, making it impossible to sleep without AC.

The sofa bed was awful to sleep on. You could feel all the metal parts through a mattress that was as thin as paper. I booked for three, but the apartment really only worked for two, so I had to find another place for myself and leave my parents there. I paid for three people, but only two could enjoy the stay. The market is next door, though getting there means walking through an alley that feels terrifying at night. People were constantly coming and going, which made me suspect drug dealing nearby. The alley entrance was filthy and full of trash. I also wasn't told in the booking confirmation about an extra tax, even though it said taxes and fees were included. The location itself isn't terrible.
