The host was incredibly kind and even gave us an extra bottle of sparkling wine because there was a tiny issue with the apartment. It's a spacious, romantic place with surprisingly nice furnishings, in a good location. Recommended!

Right in central Ortigia, this picturesque apartment is clean, well cared for, and in a quiet area where it's easy to enjoy a peaceful stay. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

The old town is stylish and pleasant, and being near the fish market gives you a nice chance to experience local life. I picked this stylish apartment for a week partly because it had a bathtub, but the water didn't fill it properly, which was disappointing.

Mornings bring an open-air market nearby, packed with all kinds of goodies, yet the setting stays peaceful and relaxing. There's also a small garden, with enough room to barbecue fish from the excellent daily catch. Salvatore was kind, attentive to every request, and ready with suggestions. The place is welcoming, clean, and well kept, in the old fishermen's quarter. A large paid parking lot is nearby, and a few minutes on foot gets you to Ortigia's main spots. We'll definitely come back. Goodbye for now, Ortigia.

I stayed last August and found the apartment clean, well cared for, and beautifully renovated. The owner was genuinely kind and helpful. It's in the historic center, central but very quiet. Cars can't reach it, since almost all of Ortigia's old town is pedestrianized, though there's a large paid parking lot nearby.
